Off-Training Behaviour

We monitor the 22 hours when you're NOT training: sleep, stress, hydration, travel, alcohol, late-night phone use. This is where performance is won or lost — not in the gym.

Injury Prevention

We identify risk patterns (chronic low HRV + fragmented sleep + chaotic glucose) BEFORE they become injuries. We warn you and adjust load. Predictive, not reactive.
